- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the App independently.
- Children under 13 may use the App under adult supervision.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Services
- Some features require a premium subscription with enhanced functionality.
- Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscription terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.
7.2 Auto-Renewal
- Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
7.3 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
- Price changes will be communicated through the App or email.
- Your subscription will continue at the new price unless cancelled.
7.4 Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

- Premium Monthly: $1.99 per month
- Premium Quarterly: $5.99 per 3 months
- Premium Yearly: $15.99 per year
All prices are in USD and may vary by region. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Thinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

- You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
- Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.
12.2 Termination by Us
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for Terms violations.
13. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email.
- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU residents may also have certain mandatory rights under their local consumer protection laws, which remain unaffected.
